Federation Sports Day

Harris Peckham enjoyed a successful sports day at Crystal Palace stadium on Thursday 14th July achieving a medal total of five. We are extremely proud of the following students achievements:

Peter Ukoh 10B1 High Jump 3rd
Bolatito Adeyeni  7Y1 Long Jump 3rd
Ibrahim Vatansever 9Y2 200m 2nd
Aston Campbell 9R1 Discus 3rd
Mariam Ojobowale 10B2 100m 1st

Mariam Ojobowale performed particularity well within the year 10 girls 100m final running an incredible time of 12.90 secs setting a new Harris Federation record previously beating a time of 13.25 secs set in 2014. Alongside her gold medal she also collected year 10 athlete of the day and athlete of the games an outstanding individual performance and set of achievements. All of our students performed individually well within their respective events and we look forward to competing again next year.
