The Academy is committed to attracting and keeping high quality teaching and support staff dedicated to your success.

The teachers of our College courses are all experienced with up to date and expert knowledge in their subject areas. They also form the tutors in our tutoring programme and will be providing enrichment activities to ensure extra learning and understanding of course material.

As part of a tutor group you will meet regularly with your tutor. He or she will be your first port of call if you require any assistance. Your tutor will be the person directly responsible for you throughout your time here at the Academy.

The Dean of Post 16 Education and the Vice Principal, Interventions are the senior members of staff responsible for the running of the College. Any students with difficulties or questions are welcome to approach these staff members at any time. They will work with your tutor to ensure you receive the best possible education and achieve your ambitions.
