Minhaj - Year 8

One of my favourite things about Harris Academy Peckham is the teaching and the content covered in lessons. For example, Religious Education is a subject I enjoy because it helps me to understand the perspective of other people.  

Learning here is very fun and useful. Art is my favourite subject because I like drawing and I find it very freeing and creative. The support from the Art department is great, and I like the way they do things. 

My advice for Year 6 students is to not worry about the hard subjects and focus on the easy ones to begin with. By doing this, the hard ones will become easier! 

The best trips have been to the theatre and cinema! This is part of the Peckham Privilege, and it really makes me feel like I am being rewarded for my hard work and good behaviour in a fun way. 

I am looking forward to doing more school trips and diving into more topics in the subjects I like!
