EAL Students Enjoy Catford Pantomime

Our EAL (English as an Additional Language) students and the EAL team enjoyed a full performance of Dick Whittington and His Catford Cat at the Broadway Theatre in Catford, with the majority of students experiencing a pantomime for the first time.

The show was funny, interesting and exciting, with amazing, colourful costumes and realistic sound effects that brought the story to life.

The standout characters for many were Verminah, the Queen of Rats, and the hilarious Aunt Sarah, who kept the audience laughing throughout.

A memorable highlight was Hanaan enthusiastically singing along to Roar by Katy Perry, while the students joined in the panto spirit by shouting “Ole Ole Savaloy!” and “Wakey Wakey, Uncle Vincent!” making the afternoon lively and unforgettable.
