Impressive 2026 GCSEs at Harris Academy Peckham
Congratulations to the fantastic Year 11 at Harris Academy Peckham on an impressive set of results, with English Baccalaureate results higher than the national average:
- Strong academic breadth: 31% of our students achieved Grade 4 or above in the full English Baccalaureate – English, Maths, Science, a humanities subject and a language – compared with 25.8% of students in 2025. The EBacc is the best measure of academic breadth and our students have outperformed the national picture on it.
- Closing the gap for economically disadvantaged students: academic outcomes for our students who qualify for the Pupil Premium are 20% higher this year than last, reflecting the success of our ‘Peckham Privilege’, a combination of academic enrichment and cultural activities designed to make sure students get the best out of their education.
- 80% of our students achieved a Grade 4 or more in a language, with Spanish and French both performing exceptionally well. These results are better than achieved nationally.
- 74% of our students achieved a Grade 4 or more in Music, Drama or Dance, reflecting the creativity and talent of the year group.
- 64% of students achieved Grade 4 or above in English, while 61% achieved Grade 4 or above in Maths.
