Girls Excel in 'Project Rugby' Tournament

Students at HAP had a fantastic morning at Old Colfeians RFC for Project Rugby, organised by the (Territorial Support Group) TSG of the Metropolitan Police.

They came 3rd in the competition and were the only all-female side. The coach from Harlequins rugby club commented on how determined our students were and said there was great talent in the side. She was so impressed that she chose to coach our students throughout the tournament!

Rugby

Over the last few weeks, students have been taking part in Project Rugby, which is organised by the Met Police and Harlequins Rugby Club to help thousands of schoolchildren interact with local police.

The tournament brought together all the schools, students and parents from south London that have taken part in the project.

A huge well done to all our rugby players!
